What type of payment methods do you accept?
You have many different options when it comes to paying for your new kitchen: cash/card, BACS transfer or online bank transfer (just like PayPal).
When do I need to pay?
We will require full payment once your kitchen is installed, but you can get started by paying a small deposit.
How quickly will you be able to deliver my new kitchen?
The installation of the kitchen cabinets or fitted kitchen units normally takes between three and five working days depending on the design ordered. However, if it’s an urgent job – we are always happy to help!
Who can I speak to once my order has been placed?
As soon as you place an order with us, our friendly customer service team will guide you through every step of choosing, ordering and installing your kitchen so that there are never any problems along the way. They’ll also take care of all warranty issues for items should damage occur.
Can I change my existing order?
